What we do

Really Well

Fantail Wedding specialises in both tented (marquee) and non-tented weddings. Each event we produce is tailored to the client, with the difference being the scope of the design.

Tented events are literally built from the ground up at either venues for hire or private residences.

From creating custom floor plans, ensuring electricity and water availability, and commissioning an experienced crew to bring the vision to life, tented events are a full-blown production process. The necessary elements required for tenting an event (tent, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, etc.) start at NZD45k.  

Non-tented events include indoor and outdoor locations, such as wineries and gardens. These events occur at an existing venue space; production typically begins the day before the wedding, with planning starting up to 18 -12 months before the wedding date.
